Nice to meet everyone!

My name is Anastasia Hani Kusumawardani, but people usually call me Tasia. I am a designer based in Indonesia, but my repertoire includes some works from Japan.

I have been working as a designer for ten years, both as a freelancer and company employee. My interest in design comes from having fun seeing design around me from various media and constantly wondering how to make it. Combining practical use and aesthetic is an art itself, and that is why I love design. I have been working in various industries such as publishing, wedding photography, and an advertising agency. Such diversity in my experiences helps me build more understanding of design from a different perspective.

My recent works in a Japanese advertising agency comes from my interest in how Japanese society seamlessly intertwines design and functionality. It was also why I decided to pursue my education in the Japanese language in Yokohama in between my career.

Besides working as a graphic designer, I also have hobbies that correlate with art, such as illustration and knitting. I also love to play games and read books in my free time.
